Do you know what the health benefits of drinking green tea are?
Every January a good chunk of the population ponders what they can do to improve on their physical health in the coming year.
I am not akin to thinking along these lines either, because for me, there is always room for improvement. I don’t necessarily make promises to myself that I know I won’t keep. But I also don’t discount the opportunity to strive for a healthier me either.
Like many, I too could stand to lose some weight, eat healthier, commit to drinking more water daily, cut sugar from my diet, and exercise more frequently.
I could also stand to drink more tea. But for whatever reason, I almost always reach for my coffee cup over my teacup. I enjoy trying different tea’s to see which flavors I prefer and I like researching the health benefits associate with drinking different tea’s.
I recently did a little research on the health benefits of drinking green tea. After reading several articles I’m pretty impressed with what I read, and the proposed health benefits of drinking green tea.

In 2017, I’m going to attempt to drink more tea and less coffee. It will be a challenge because of my love for coffee. But I don’t think it will be impossible for me to accomplish. Now cutting sugar and regular exercise, I will really need to stay focused to reach and maintain those goals.
